Our Home in Omaha, Nebraska

I know it has been over a year since we moved here but hey don't rush me! Here are the pics people requested of my home. The two purple pics are Cali's room and the City Scape is Colton and Caidens room,(still in progress- it's suppose to have spider man swinging around it.) The room with the polk-dots is the loft. Or a fancy way of saying storage for all my kids crap! All these rooms are upstairs and the doors in the loft are the ones to Cliff and my room. I will have to post other pics later.

Dressing up is fun to do!!

HALLOWEEN IN OMAHA, NE 2009

Here is a few pics from halloween. Everyone asks me what I am going to be. I told them this year I was going to be a Red Power Ranger, The Little Mermaid and a super cute Lion. After getting my kids all dolled up I have very little desire to dress-up so I wear a Hat! This year we went to 3 different things that we had to wear our costumes. Now I know why Halloween was such an exhausting holiday for my mom and she had 5 kids to dress-up. Hopefully my kids will have as good of memories of Halloween as I do.

Caiden Jan Roblyer 16 months old

Colton Rex Roblyer 7 years old (Wants to be the Blue Ranger next year, boys are funny! That will be 3 years in a row that he choose a Power Ranger suit.

Cali and Mommy in Cali's classroom.

Cali Ann Roblyer 5 years old. The little Mermaid, (next year she want's to be a witch- That was my favorite costume as a kid.)

Halloween 2009
It's funny how "My Generation" comes up a lot these days. But when I was a kid Halloween was an all day event. It was one of the days I loved being in public school. Now they give the kids the last 45 minutes of the day to have a small party (no costumes)! So here is a picture of Cali's Class and Colton's Class having a good time. Colton's Class are trying to draw a pumpkin on top of there head. Luckly I am blessed to be a stay at home mom and be a big part of the PTO in there school so we had a big PARTY after school. Of course they had to call it the Fall Festival just to make sure it was P.C.

A couple years ago Cliff dressed up like a guy at work named Chris Galinsky. They looked alot alike but in a Twilight Zone way. Enjoy your Halloween!

Here are the Kids at the Durham Museum. If you click on the picture you can see that they are sitting on a floor that is also a map of the city we live in, (OMAHA). They are sitting next to their school name on that map.
Here is the first day of School. Colton 2nd grade and Cali Kindergarten. Which goes all day long. Cliff always makes a point to go in late and leave early this day so the kids feel special. They only go till 11:40 this day so basically cliff is just wasting gas and should take the whole day off in the future... Ha, Ha, Ha!

Here are the kids outside our house ready to go get some learnin'. First day of school pictures are so fun. The kids just want to go and you keep telling them just one good picture and then we'll go. Love them though!

Here are pictures of our latest time with guests. Grandma and Grandpa Roblyer came to visit and we went to the Durham museum and learned about money. They had a cool set up to teach kids about the stock market and trading and stuff. Here is Colton at the stock yard moving some bricks around. On Labor day we had a big old get together and rented a bounce house. It was AWESOME. I got to chase the kids in this spiderman and when you come out it looks like spiderman gave birth to you!! We had a pinata and lots and lots and lots of food. We played Bocce Ball and I WON!

Here at the Durham Museum Cliff and I are playing the stock market game. I made $25 and Cliff made $2500. Now we all know why Cliff makes the money and I spend it. It was a good time had by all.

Grandma and Grandpa at the Coolest Zoo ever.

Which one is Grandpa???

We also did some things this summer by our selves. Here Colton is sporting our Tied Tyed shirts. Their school colors are yellow and blue that's why we went with these colors. It was a very messy project and we won't be doing it again any time soon, but the kids liked the shirts.
The far picture is the kids having breakfast on the veranda or the back porch. It has been a wonderful summer hope the winter packs the same punch.
